For example, I tried to down load a mod today and NMM opened and then asked me if I wanted to update it. The mod had already started downloading and I updated NMM. It stopped the download at 17%. When I tried to resume the download it got stuck at 83%. apparently you have to change mod to 7z to get them to download otherwise i get the same concept of incomplete Also try uninstalling the mod manager and reinstalling If you download a mod and it fails this could help.
